Mickey Zaverucha
Director of Investments
Makar ‘Mickey’ Zaverucha joined McCord’s Boston office in 2021 and is responsible for the company’s investment, asset management and capitalization of existing properties and future acquisitions & developments in the Boston portfolio.
Prior to joining McCord, Mickey worked at STAG Industrial as an asset manager where he managed large industrial asset portfolios in the Northeast, Midwest, and Southwest for the REIT. Before STAG, Mickey worked as a commercial real estate appraiser at Joseph J. Blake & Associates performing valuation and appraisal services for all asset types throughout the New England area.
Mickey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College and lives in South Boston with his black lab, Lola. Mickey loves traveling, being outdoors, seeing live music, and spending time with family and friends.
