Missy Suman
Vice President/Controller
Missy Suman is responsible for overseeing all accounting, payroll, cash management and internal and external financial reporting for McCord Development Inc. (MDI) and its related entities. In addition, she coordinates third party audits and tax return preparation.
Prior to joining MDI as Controller in 2011, Ms. Suman served in the same capacity at The Interfin Companies, a Houston-based real estate development company. During her twenty-five year tenure at Interfin, she oversaw the accounting for construction of high-rise condominiums and retail lifestyle centers, raw land development and commercial and retail property management.
Ms. Suman is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Houston CPA Society.
